This week Year 4 started a Rocket science experiment in conjunction with The Royal Horticultural Society and the European Space Agency.
We have been lucky enough to be chosen as one of the schools to receive a pack of seeds that have been on the international space station with Tim Peake. Year 4 planted the 100 space seeds alongside 100 ordinary seeds to see if there was any effect on the seeds being in zero gravity. Every child planted at least three seeds and we will be monitoring and recording their progress over the next thirty five days after which our results will get entered onto ESA's database.
